Live Bottom Hopper 
Live Bottom Hopper
The live bottom hopper is a trough and auger combination that attaches to the hopper of a dust collector to break up agglomerative dust. The dust is then sent to an included rotary valve which drops the dust out of the system while keeping the system air tight.

Torit Backward Inclined (TBI) Fans
 Backward Inclined Fan is a convenient and cost-effective way to integrate a high efficiency fan with a high quality dust collector. TBI fans are available in sizes ranging from 3HP to 30HP. The fan mounts directly to the clean air plenum of the dust collector, eliminating costly transition ducting.

  • Sizes range from 3 to 30 hp.
  • Capacities from 1,400 to 10,300 cfm.

TRB Radial Blade (TRB) Fans
Radial Blade Fan is an economical, dependable radial fan. Its direct-drive design eliminates maintenance of fan bearings and belts. It is available from one to ten horsepower with 60 cycle NEMA or 50 cycle IEC, TEFC or explosion proof motors. The TRB is available as standard equipment on Downflo®, Dryflo®, and TD collectors.
  • Mounts directly to the clean-air plenum of the dust collector, eliminating costly transition ducting, and reducing footprint of the system.
  • Sizes range from 1 to 10 hp.

RBO/RBA Industrial Fans
RBO/RBA fans are excellent choices for a variety of industrial applications. The RBO is an open type radial paddle wheel design and is extremely rugged. Applications include coarse materials, sawdust, sticky products or other abrasive materials. The RBA is an efficient modified radial fan design. RBA fans are excellent for relatively clean air containing light dust or fumes.

Electrical Control System:
Airflow Controller with VFD
Electrical Control System lets you automatically manage fan motor speed for your Donaldson Torit dust collector so that the fan is used only as much or as little as needed for optimum performance. The results are energy savings, longer filter life, and optimal collector performance.
  • Increases filter life by maintaining constant design airflow and desired minimum transport velocity.
  • By maintaining a constant duct velocity, dust accumulations in the duct associated with poor duct velocities diminish.
  • Reduces abrasion on filters and ducting generally caused by high transport velocities.
  • Reduces the fan motor's energy consumption by allowing the fan motor to operate at a lower RPM while also increasing the mechanical life of the fan.
  • Reduces the audible noise radiating from the fan housing and fan motor since the fan is running at less than full speed.
  • Soft-start capabilities reduce mechanical stress and improve fan reliability.
  • Reduces line current peaks on electrical distribution systems, lowering energy costs.

Delta P & Delta P Plus Controls
Delta P & Delta P Plus Controls are solid-state products providing pressure drop measurement, digital display, and pressure drop control with an alarm function. Designed to provide accurate and dependable control of a pulse-cleaning timer, starting and stopping the cleaning process at the limits you choose. The Delta P and Delta P Plus are available as standard equipment on the Downflo Oval, Downflo II, Downflo WorkStations, Dalamatic®, Modular Baghouse, and Electrical Control Panels.
  • Delta P Plus offers three cleaning options: differential pressure cleaning (DFF), down-time cleaning (DTC), and combined differential and down-time cleaning (ALL).
  • Downtime cleaning option is available only on the Delta P Plus.

Dustronix™ Control Assembly is a solid-state product providing pressure drop measurement, digital and analog display, and pressure drop control with an alarm function.
  • Adjustable setpoints and relay outputs for pressure drop control and alarm condition indication, and a 4-20 mA output loop for remote signal capability.
  • Digital 3 character display with 0.6" high visibility red digital and analog bar graph for easy viewing.

Motor Starters

FT Rotary Airlocks
FT Rotary Valves are an excellent choice for dust collector and cyclone applications. The flexible tip design allows the airlock to handle stringy or fibrous products that jam other types of airlock. The FT Rotary Valves flex tip material is excellent for abrasive applications such as glass cullet and other natural mineral.
